FHI 360 works to build the capacity of states, school districts, individual schools, community-based organizations and employers to improve high school practices and create equitable, high-performing educational systems. Our collaborations lay the foundations for youth to succeed in high school and gain access to and succeed in postsecondary education and careers.

Our secondary education initiatives include support for low-income and first-generation students. We work with partners to develop programs and strategies that expand students’ access to rigorous academic preparation and technical education, increasing eligibility, access to financial aid and motivation to succeed in postsecondary education and into early careers.
