FHI 360 is a leader in measuring the cost and assessing the cost-effectiveness of field programs. We develop and test approaches to estimate the cost of service delivery interventions and project the resources required to support replication or scale-up. We enable programs to gauge interventions in terms of value delivered and to project future costs versus expected impact.
Our experts are developing a system that enables field programs to routinely measure and analyze the comparative cost-effectiveness and efficiency of programs at the point of service delivery. This system will help identify high-efficiency sites, recognize promising practices for replication and identify opportunities to reallocate funding for increased impact.
