RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC, February 1, 2012—Albert J. Siemens, CEO of FHI 360, is pleased to announce the naming of three senior executives: Marjorie Newman-Williams, Chief Operating Officer, Gregory R. Niblett, Chief Strategy Officer and Rob Murphy, Chief Compliance Officer. Positions are effective immediately.

As Chief Operating Officer of FHI 360, Ms. Newman-Williams assumes responsibility for implementation of global programs across the organization's broad spectrum of human development sectors. She will oversee country and regional operations, including new business development and knowledge management.
Mr. Niblett, serving in the role of Chief Strategy Officer, will be responsible for FHI 360's business planning, analysis and strategy. He will oversee the organization's public policy, corporate communications and strategic positioning functions. In addition, he will spearhead a business program to enhance innovation across FHI 360.
In his role as Chief Compliance Officer, Mr. Murphy will be responsible for compliance, internal audit and enterprise risk management. He will lead the Office of Compliance and Internal Audit, which provides oversight and advice on regulatory compliance, administers business ethics training, carries out annual risk assessments, conducts audits and liaises with funder compliance teams.
