Target audience

The inventory is an exhaustive list of resources that are available to all agencies, researchers, and governments. While some documents listed provide guidance to governments, both local and national, the intent of the inventory is to provide support to program managers and evaluation specialists who are either running community-based organizations (CBOs)or are in the country offices of a nongovernmental organization (NGO) that provides oversight and support to multiple CBOs.
