Purpose and objectives

This document is an inventory of many of the guidelines, frameworks, and manuals that are currently in print or online that can be used by agencies of all sizes to conduct program evaluations and inform design and program improvement. It is designed to address the need for information and knowledge on evaluation design and procedures, but it is not intended to be a “how to” document. Many of the resources within this inventory will provide users with the “how to” instructions and step-by-step guidance, but this document is not intended to be that resource.
